We aim to provide the best services when it comes to our specialty cakes and desserts. All baked goods are made fresh with natural ingredients. In order to continue to provide these standards for our customers all baked goods require 48-72 hrs advance notification for placing orders. For specialty cakes:
It is very important that you allow for 2-4 weeks for advance notice of custom orders.
For large orders/catering please allow for a 4-6 week advance notice.

Rush Orders:
If the schedule allows the bakery may allow for a rush order to be added to the schedule at a fee of $50 for custom cakes minimum, depending of size of order.
Rush order fee and custom cake orders invoice will be due within 24hrs of order request submission. Request made after the 24hr period may be subject to additional fees or cancellation of order.

/CANCELLATIONS
MNM Willis Creations: The Bakery makes all cakes and desserts fresh to order, to guarantee our customers the best sweet treats quality possible .

Cancellations must be done within 72hrs and customers will be refunded with a 25% service fee deducted. Under 72 hrs will be refunded with a 50% service fee deducted. Same day cancellations are not refundable.
